Immigration Resources

Everyone in the U.S. has rights guaranteed under the U.S. Constitution, whether you are a citizen, permanent resident, or undocumented immigrant. You can’t always control whether you will come in contact with immigration or law enforcement. Therefore, it is important for your family, friends, and neighbors to be prepared for any situation. Understanding what your fundamental rights are and how to use them will help you advocate for yourself and respond appropriately if you encounter the police or immigration enforcement agency like ICE. The Office of Congresswoman Garcia is here to serve all constituents, regardless of their immigration status. This will be updated periodically with additional resources as necessary.
